Christine O’Donnell promotes her 'Troublemaker' book

Former Delaware Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell emailed supporters Tuesday to tout her forthcoming memoir, which she dubbed “the real, raw story of my life,” according to CNN.

The book, titled “Troublemaker: Let’s Do What It Takes to Make America Great Again,” is due out Aug. 16 from St. Martin’s Press.

O’Donnell, a Tea Party-backed underdog who seized Delaware’s GOP Senate nomination only to lose the general election to Democrat Chris Coons, told her subscribers to her Christine PAC’s email list that the 2010 elections were “the start of the Second American Revolution,” CNN reported.

She also said she hopes to inspire “real” people to engage in politics.

St. Martin’s Press describes the book this way: “Troublemaker is about where O’Donnell comes from—the Philadelphia suburbs with five kids to a room—and what she weathered in the 2010 election.
